51. Aaron States ⁽⁴⁵⁾ was born on 25 OCT 1852 in Indiana Co. PA. He died on 20 NOV 1928 in Indiana Co. PA. He was buried on 21 NOV 1928 in Fairview cemetary, Canoe Twp. PA. From the writings of John T. States, Aaron worked in his earlier days in the pine timber industry, he cut and hued trees and turned them into rafts to be floted down the rivers to Pittsburgh. Later he worked in Hemlock lumbering and logging while living and working on a Farm. He sold a lot of hay and some grain.

Found his gave stone at Fairview cemitary and video taped it.

Age 67 in 1920 census, Farm owwned free.

1910 Census listed the following children Edna (17), Cecil (15) and Sara (12)

1920 Census (48 ?) - Grandd daughter Lillian Esther Olson living with them at that time. She was listed as 1 1/2 years old.

He was married to Maria Ann Seger in 1871.⁽⁴⁶⁾ Maria Ann Seger⁽⁴⁷⁾ was born on 16 DEC 1854 in Armstrong Co., PA.^{(48) (49)(50)} She died on 17 APR 1915 in Canoe Twp. Indiana Co., PA. ⁽⁵¹⁾ She was buried on 18 APR 1915 in Fairview cemetary, Canoe Twp. PA.⁽⁵²⁾ She was a Housewife. ⁽⁵³⁾ Listed as Mariah in the 1880 Census
